At Madhav Design , we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please read our policy below for information on returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Returns Eligibility

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned:

  • Products marked as final sale or non-returnable

  • Accessories, innerwear, or personal care items for hygiene reasons

  • Customized or altered items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and images of the product (if damaged/incorrect)

  3. Our team will guide you through the return process and approve the return if eligible

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days

  • If your refund is late or missing, check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us

Note: Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us with your order details.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
